Bi-directional mechanichal-Visual – Mod. PS MC TCD2

Pig signallers are fitted to launcher and receiver units to confirm the launch / arrival of a
pig and also along the pipeline length.
They can be used to detect the passage of all types of pigs.
TCD Italia pig signallers operate on a mechanical principle where no dynamic seals are used.
When the pig passes, the probe whitch protrudes into the pipeline, transfers the vertical movement to the devices which in turn move the flag in a vertical position.
Once the signaller has been activated, then to be manually re-set by the operator.
The unit is designed and manufactured at our workshop in Mantova, Italy.
