Quality Policy

TCD Italia S.r.l. Management ensures that the Company Policy:

  • Is appropriate to the organization’s objectives and context and supports its strategic directions;
  • Provides the framework for setting quality objectives (defined in M19 – Process Objective/Action Plan);
  • Includes a commitment to meeting customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Includes a commitment to continuous improvement of the quality management system;
  • Is communicated, understood, and implemented by everyone within the organization;
  • Is regularly reviewed for appropriateness;
  • Is applied to the activities carried out by TCD Italia S.r.l., whose scope of application is as follows:

 
DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE OF COMBUSTION FLARES, INCINERATORS, AND CARPENTRY FOR LAUNCH AND RECEIVING SYSTEMS (PIG HANDLING SYSTEMS) FOR THE PETROCHEMICAL, CHEMICAL AND BIOGAS SECTORS”

In order to increase awareness and support for the Company Policy among internal staff, Senior Management has decided to post it in a clearly visible place within the workplace, on a noticeboard in the office and workshop.

The Senior Management of TCD Italia S.r.l. has freely adopted the Management System Guarantee tool, as it is convinced of its usefulness in monitoring the Company’s performance and development in all its aspects, not only in terms of service, but also in terms of process improvement, effectiveness and adherence to programs, and compliance with applicable mandatory regulations.

Top Management has identified the adoption of a Company Policy as a critical success factor. This policy, through constant attention to the professionalism of human resources and the effectiveness of technical and organizational processes, serves as a tool for continuously improving the company’s performance, customer satisfaction, and the protection of work activities, while also complying with applicable health and safety regulations.

The quality objectives, identified in document M19 – Process Objectives/Action Plan, are consistent with this Policy and are reviewed annually, in conjunction with the Management Review, or whenever Management deems it appropriate.

The following strategic objectives have also been identified for the company:

  • Consolidation in markets where it already operates, through inclusion in the Vendor List or qualification by potential customers,
  • Increased external visibility through the website,
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with TCD Italia srl,
  • Increasing sales volume based on positive references and new products sold,
  • Consolidating working relationships with key suppliers and continuously seeking alternative suppliers,
  • Reducing critical issues during manufacturing by increasing internal controls before product shipment (FAT test),
  • Increasing spare parts maintenance service for the European market,
  • Streamlining and optimizing processes.

The Policy, thus documented, is implemented and made operational through the commitment of Senior Management and the involvement of personnel at all levels and relevant functions, according to the procedures established by the Corporate Management System.

The entire organizational structure is involved in understanding and sharing the Company Policy.

It is the responsibility of Senior Management to verify the level of acceptance of the Policy, also analyzing annually the findings from audits, non-compliance records, and any customer complaints, in order to define appropriate corrective actions.

This Policy is made available to relevant stakeholders through publication on the website.
